Product description

ExtraCell InStar is a complete vegan protein, fibre, and B vitamins source. The product is available in the form of powder or crunchy flakes, and thus can be used widely as a condiment for ready meals or as an ingredient in product formulations.
ExtraCell nutritional yeast is manufactured based on primary grown baker's yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Yeast cell culture is inactivated at high temperatures, thus losing its fermentation ability while keeping most micronutrients in the form most available for human digestion.

The product range includes inactive yeast of lighter and darker colour.

Our products are certified and suitable for vegan, plant-based, gluten-, and lactose-free diets.
