ExtraCell InTaste is a natural ingredient that improves the taste of food and beverages and helps reduce monosodium glutamate, salt, and sugar content. The taste of the product is described as “meaty”, “bouillon”, “umami”. The line includes product with different salt content.

ExtraCell InTaste is a yeast extract made of primary grown baker’s yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae grown on gluten-free beetroot molasses.

Yeast extracts are available in form of powder or paste.
