Ferrous Bisglycinate Chelate

The product occurs as uniform brown-green to brown-yellow powder, no caking, no abnormal smell, no foreign impurities. It is produced by the spray drying of diluted ferrous bisglyciabte with potassium citrate, citric acid, ascorbic acid and maltodextrin. It is soluble in water, the color of solution occurs as brown, and the solution is acidic. The powder is hygroscopic, with no iron smell. The product has homogenous distribution of Fe, and can be used directly. It has improved flowability comparing to its pure, quite suitable for the production of dry blending and further food production.
