Microencapsulated Riboflavin

This product uses mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (molecular distilled monoglyceride) and edible corn starch as wall material excipients, and vitamin B2 (riboflavin) as the core material. The food-grade vitamin B2 is uniformly encapsulated through a microencapsulation process. The product appears as an orange-yellow to orange flowable coarse powder or fine granules, with no special odor. It is slightly soluble in water but soluble in methanol and other organic solvents. Slight caking may occur during storage, but it easily breaks up upon light touch and does not affect normal use.
