Taisi manufactures fruit in light syrup (14 – 17 ºBx) or heavy syrup (45 +/- 2ºBx) starting from fresh fruit, which is peeled and cut according to eachproduct. Subsequently, syrup is added, it is packaged in cans of dierentsizes and is subjected to a heat treatment until it is commerciallysterilized to keep its properties intact for several years.They can be consumed directly or used in fresh or frozenpastries. Once opened, it is recommended to transfer toa glass or plastic container and keep in refrigeratedstorage for a maximum of one month.
