These special gelatins provide reliable release and reduced cross-linking properties, even under extreme storage conditions. They are used in the production of soft gelatine capsules for drugs, OTC products, and food supplements. The GELITA capsule gelatin portfolio offers faster release of the fill and has reduced cross-linking properties.
