Product description

Glucose syrups are clear, water-white, food grade syrups with a purified concentrated aqueous solution of nutritive saccharides obtained from starch. The various syrups are characterized by different viscosity and sweetness levels which make them most suitable for specific applications. The lower the DE value, the lower the sweetness and hygroscopicity and the higher the viscosity. High DE syrups are sweeter and serve as humectants. Glucose syrups have a natural sweet taste and retain moisture in fillings with high viscosity and body. It stabilizes whipped products and prevent sugar crystallization. Glucose syrups have a high gloss for coatings and keeps baked goods crispy with browning control. It is kosher certified, Kosher for passover lemehadrin certification also available complies with specifications of: FCC and codex alimentarius. It is best used within twenty four (24) months from date of production, under proper storage conditions. It is available in packing size of 25, 300 and 1000 kg (available in other sizes upon request).
