Product description

GluD is a patented postbiotic product containing gluten-degrading, anti-obesity, and gut-health lactic acid bacteria and heat-killed strains. It may be consumed with wheat-based foods or used during fermentation to produce gluten-reduced bread and noodles. In Korea, it is supplied to Homeplus Bakery, A Twosome Place, and iCOOP, and exported to China and Japan.
