Our Hemp seed oil is made from cold-pressing organic hemp whole seeds. The oil is extracted only by cold-pressing method, thereby preserving all the nutritional values – Omega 3, Omega 6, Omega 9 fatty acids and other vitamins.
Hemp oil is mostly used as a food ingredient, immune booster or for example to cure your skin irritations. It has a very good nutty flavour, so you can use it adding it to salads, vegetables, pizza, hummus or even ice cream because it gives ice cream a lovely nutty flavor.
Hemp oil can be used directly on your skin if you have any irritation or dry patches that you want to soothe quickly. To preserve the nutritional value of hemp seed oil, you should use it cold. To strengthen your immune system just take one spoonful per day, especially when you are not big fan of fish.
