Custom-HIFAT (High Fat Powder) consist of a stable source of vegetable fats and emulsifiers in powder form with fat contents of up to 80%. With good emulsion stability, they are an optimal fat source in dairy blends, food mixes and baking products.Custom-Instanz cold water soluble powder is the ideal creamer for a wide range of cold beverages. Custom-Instanz gives the beverage maker greater control in terms of concentration and flavour as ice cubes are no longer an essential component in the preparation of their cold beverages.
