The HOCHDORF Group is a leading Swiss company in the
development, production and marketing of healthy ingredients manufactured from
milk, whey, cereals and oil seeds. Together with Uckermärker Milk/Ostmilch and
Marbacher Ölmühle, we focus on customised dairy protein, dairy fat
specialities, wheat germ products and organic vegetable oils as well as flours
from the seeds. HOCHDORF also supplies traditional roller-dried whole milk
powder. Its Cereals & Ingredients division is presenting new products for
healthy kids' foods. The range FREDY & FRIENDS includes healthy
infant-grade crisps as well as dried fruits and vegetables. Marbacher Ölmühle
lets you dive in to the world of taste. We are premiering new sensory radar
charts for selected oils and our nutrient flours produced from the seeds, which
enhance the moistness and freshness of products.
