Meggletose® INFANT is a white, refined, food grade quality milk sugar. Meggletose® INFANT is gained from whey and refining takes place at more than 97 °C (206 °F) for at least 30 minutes. Due to its excellent microbial data as well as its outstanding process safety Meggletose® INFANT is particularly suitable as an ingredient in the production of infant formula and follow-on formula. This applies for wet blend applications as well as for dry blend applications.
