Gourmetschotels are ideal for festive get-togethers: They offer a variety of meat, fish, vegetables and sides that everyone cooks for themselves at the table. · Minced meat cordon bleus: delicious morsels of minced meat, ham and cheese in a crispy coating of Dutch Spices Golden Crumbs (1002820).
· Crème onion steaks: succulent pieces of beef steak marinated in Dutch Spices Crème Onion Marinade (2014550).
· Veal steaks with herb butter: slices of roasting veal marinated in Dutch Spices Salt & Black Pepper Marinade (1005745) and herb butter made with Dutch Spices Florence Style Seasoning (2014267).
· Mini-shashliks: chicken thighs seasoned with Dutch Spices Arriba Arriba Mix (1003239).

For fish dishes
Cod schnitzels: for preference use the tail end of the cod fillet and coat it in Dutch Spices Golden Crumbs (1002820).
