Instant pasta and noodles which can be directly prepared without pre-cooking (warm or cold rehydration) !
The result is a new and attractive pasta shape, a pasta which doesn’ t stick, perfect al-dente and which taste very good.
Can be used as ingredient in different instant applications (instant snacks, meals, soups,..), but also in salads by just rehyadrating these instant pastas in (warm or cold) water for approx. 3 min (warm rehydration) to approx. 1h (cold rehydration) depending on the required texture and temperature of the added water.
