L’Italiana Aromi produces flavours, natural flavours, infusions, extracts and distillates, flavoured fruit compounds for the food and beverage industries.

Since 1890 L’Italiana Aromi has combined traditional methods and innovative techniques to develop new and exciting products for a wide range of applications. With its four divisions - Beverage, Savoury, Sweet Applications, Health and Nutrition – and thanks to its highly specialised staff, L’Italiana Aromi is able to satisfy the extensive requirements of the international food & beverage industry.

In our laboratories – among the largest and most advanced in Europe – a team of professionals works following rigorous methods and using the most up-to-date technologies. Strict and systematic checks are performed at every step of the process, from incoming raw materials to the finished product.

Our headquarters feature a large number of plants – from the more traditional to the most modern and advanced – dedicated to the production and the storage of products at controlled temperatures.
