LACTOMIN® 90 is a high quality whey protein isolate. It is produced by ultrafiltration out of whey from pure cow milk. With a protein content of min. 90% and a high content of essential amino acids and branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) LACTOMIN 90 is a highly valuable food ingredient. Besides this, whey protein has the highest biological value of all proteins. The neutral taste makes LACTOMIN® 90 optimal for every kind of blending to gain a tasty product. It can be used in shakes, nutrition bars or other products where protein enrichment is required, e.g. bakery products.
