«Le
Due Valli» is an ORGANIC Tomato and Soy processing company.
It was founded in
2000 by a group of farmers with
the intention of personally producing a HIGH
QUALITY
semi-finished product from
the raw material
grown
by their
own fields.
In 2019, the Company started
to process
Organic Soya, also
grown
in their
fields.
The
environment is the top priority: we are located in the Mezzano Valleys (Ferrara-Italy), an uncontaminated territory of
18.000 hectares, stretching between Ostellato and Comacchio.
The focal point is certainly the sought-after «SHORT SUPPLY CHAIN»: All
the organic tomatoes and soybeans processed come from the land at a maximum
distance of 30-50 km from the Ostellato production site. And not that: The
uniqueness of this Company lies in the control that farmers carry out during
the processing of the organic product: The whole process is «CLOSED», guaranteed and certified from cultivation
to the sale of the finished product.
