We offer a range of high quality malted cereal flakes and kibbles (cut grains). We then steam, flake or kibble (cut), and then micronize the cereal to reduce moisture and preserve the natural malted aromas.

We offer malted and unmalted rye, wheat, and oat, and unmalted spelt and pearled barley.

We can customise our offerings to your needs to deliver specific colour, flavour, thickness and texture to enhance your breads, cakes, biscuits, cereal bars and morning goods. Suitable both as a topping and inclusion.
