Maxfry® Classic nat. is a plant based, liquid ingredient for edible oils and fats used as deep-frying medium in food industry and gastronomy. The ingredient provides superior heat and oxidation stability to deep-frying oils and fats and improves the heat/masstransfer during deep-frying for a perfect production experience. Furthermore it reduces the formation of acrylamide during deep-frying application for 30-50%.
