Our plant based product called Maxfry® Function is a liquid ingredient for edible oils and fats that are used for household frying applications. Maxfry® Function reduces significantlly the tendency of spattering during pan-fryiing. It delivers more comfort and safety during cooking and in the same time enhances the heat transfer to the food.
