Cherry Rocher offers the most demanding professionals its expertise in the maceration and distillation of fruits, plants and spices.This infusion is made by macerating melon in alcohol, to produce a clear, orange-yellow liquid with the sweet, fruity notes characteristic of melon.
This melon infusion can be declared as "natural melon flavouring" and used in the formulation of a wide range of preparations: natural flavourings, the natural flavouring of liqueurs, spirits and hard seltzer, or for pastries and confectionery.
