MicroThermics® provides laboratory-scale UHT, HTST, pasteurisation and aseptic processing solutions for food, beverage and ingredient innovation. Our systems help R&D and applications teams evaluate how proteins, stabilisers, emulsifiers, flavours, colours and other ingredients respond to real processing conditions—including heat, shear, pressure, residence time and homogenisation.

By accurately simulating commercial thermal processes at laboratory scale, MicroThermics® enables companies to assess ingredient functionality in finished products, identify formulation challenges earlier and produce representative samples using less time and material. Our versatile processing lines support dairy and plant-based beverages, nutritional and protein drinks, juices, liquid foods and other shelf-stable or extended-shelf-life applications.

From early formulation work through process development and scale-up, MicroThermics® helps innovators reduce risk, control R&D costs and move promising products toward commercial production with greater confidence.
