Slow Digestion - Long Duration

Milei® MC 80 and Milei® MC 88 are highly native, soluble micellar casein concentrates, manufactured from fresh skim milk by filtration and spray drying. The products have a protein content of 80 %, or respectively 88 %, in dry matter. When a high protein level and high purity in casein are required, MILEl's MC 80 & MC 88 deliver consistent, outstanding performance.
