Milk replacer for ice cream is special used for making ice cream and can substitute full cream milk powder. It’s a high quality, spray-dried, emulsified, white to cream color powder mainly made of glucose syrup, vegetable oil and casein. Features: whiten the product and increase milk flavor more firmness; enhance the rice cream and ice cream cold food expansion rate; improve cold drink product’s structure, mouthfeel soft and delicate. Packing: 25 kg net weight per craft paper bag with poly bag liner inner. Storage: store in dry & sheltered warehouse with good ventilation away from strong odors and direct sunlight.
