Mir Italia Srl has been supplying premium MIR ITALIA lactic cultures / starters to the dairy industry since 2001—crafted in the heart of Italy and trusted across Europe and Asia. 

Every year, thousands of tons of exceptional cheeses and fermented dairy products are created or refined using our cultures.

As we continue to expand our global footprint, we are actively seeking new distribution partners across Africa to strengthen our presence and support the continent’s growing dairy sector.
