More reasons to attend Fi Europe & Ni

The organisers of Fi Europe & Ni have provided further information about reasons food industry professionals should plan to attend the show (3-5 December, Paris) which is now in its 33rd year.

Across the three show days, visitors are invited to take advantage of free-to-attend presentations on industry trends and key market insights, from Expo FoodTec Content HUB to Organic Spotlight, and 1,700+ exhibitors at 20+ show pavilions.

The Expo FoodTec Content HUB gives attendees the opportunity to get updated on the latest in food processing technology, food fraud, supply chain management and product line safety by food technology experts and leading associations from across the industry – such as IUFoST, FoodRecall and Wageningen Food & Biobased Research.

Organic Spotlight recognises that organic ingredients have become more diverse, their production methods more ethically and socially responsible, and products more sustainable. The spotlight highlights what challenges lie ahead in the development of organic products, focusing on food ingredients development and supply.
