Our
mustard flour is produced by the successive grinding and sifting of mustard seeds in order to remove the bran and produce a fine powder comprising of the kernel of the seed. Milled from the yellow mustard seeds (Sinapis Alba) or Oriental mustard seeds (Brassica Juncea) , our mustard flour contains all of their highly valued natural components. We also offer yellow and oriental mustard flour blends.
Application: Mustard flour is an ideal ingredient in prepared mustard,
mayonnaise or remoulades.
