Our mustard flour is superfine milled yellow mustard seeds (Sinapis Alba) or oriental mustard seeds (Brassica Juncea) with the hulls removed and without oil extraction.

Our full-fat mustard flour is made from selected mustard seeds. The unique flavour and pungency of mustard flour is used widely in salad dressings, mayonnaise, snack seasonings, sauces and ethnic foods.

Application: Mustard flour is an ideal ingredient of prepared mustard, mayonnaise or remoulades.

Shelf life: 12 months

Labeling: Each bag is identified by product name, brand and production batch number
