Product description

We offer partially de-oiled mustard flour milled from either Brassica Juncea or Sinapis Alba seeds. The hot flavour profile of oriental mustard powder makes it a perfect ingredient for wasabi and hot mustard while yellow mustard powder can add a tangy heat to salad dressings and barbecue sauces.

Application: Mustard powder is widely used in spice mixes, sauces, mayonnaise and wasabi powder.

Shelf life: 24 months

Labelling: Each bag is identified by product name, brand and production batch number
