We work exclusively with hazelnuts. We focus all our expertise on selecting and processing this raw material, providing chocolatiers, pastry chefs, gelato makers and food manufacturers with ingredients tailored to the requirements of their finished products.
Precision sizing is at the heart of what we do. In a praline, a dragée or a chocolate bar, hazelnut dimensions influence proportions, appearance and product consistency. We therefore tailor size grading to each customer’s agreed specifications, paying particular attention to dimensional uniformity and consistent selection.
Raw and roasted hazelnuts, processed to your specifications. We start with the application to identify the most suitable origin, variety and size. For roasted hazelnuts, we develop the roasting profile around the desired flavour and product characteristics. From precise sizing and aromatic intensity to the beauty of the hazelnut itself, every choice serves a purpose: delivering a hazelnut that fits the customer’s process and enhances their recipe.
Our roots lie in the Langhe and its Nocciola Piemonte PGI hazelnuts. We apply the same care to other Italian and international varieties, selected according to their characteristics and intended use.
Alongside whole hazelnuts, we produce chopped hazelnuts, flour, pastes and spreads, with close attention to particle size, flavour and processing performance. Our range supports different hazelnut applications while keeping the needs of those using our ingredients at its centre.
Nocciolanghe is BRC certified. Food safety, traceability and process control underpin our daily commitment to reliable supply and compliance with agreed specifications.
