Oldenburger Burlander is an aromatic cheese with big holes. In slices it is especially suitable for eating on bread. It is also a delicious snack for in between and an attractive and tasty part of every cheese platter. This delicious cheese is available as 3kg loaf for professional use. Its ingredients are pasteurised cow´s milk, salt, starter cultures, microbial rennet, colouring: beta-carotene, preservatives: natamycin (only for surface treatment).
