Oselan, a marine mineral complex, is obtained through a unique production process. It is based on 2 successive stages of concentration by evaporation : natural water evaporation during salt marshes process and spray drying of the brine. The process leads to a mineral powder that specifically concentrate minerals of interest naturally occurring in seawater (electrolytes) while limiting the concentration of sodium chloride. Silicon, boron and magnesium are especially concentrated, with a content more than 80 times superior to liquid seawater.
This French original ingredient allows to benefit from the properties and quality of French coasts seawater all around the world. This active powder made in France, is derived from a co-product of salt harvesting : it is a Clean Label ingredient derived from a renewable resource that contains at least 22 minerals and trace elements
