Pea Protein Concentrate is a genuine plant-based protein source with a protein content of 55%. Produced via dry fractionation of yellow peas (Pisum sativum L.) without the use of chemical extraction, the process maintains the proteins’ valuable techno-functional properties. Its versatility makes it suitable for a broad spectrum of applications, including bakery products, pasta, spreads, processed meats, egg replacements, and nutritional supplements. This product is gluten-free.

Functional properties

Pea Protein Concentrate delivers excellent emulsifying performance thanks to its native proteins obtained by solvent-free dry processing. Being naturally surface-active, these proteins also contribute to superior foaming capacity and stability, complemented by good solubility. Moreover, Pea Protein Concentrate functions effectively as a water and oil binder in a wide range of food applications.
