Peifer & Langen is one of Europe’s leading
sugar producers with more than 155 years of experience. Founded in Cologne
in 1870, we combine strong roots with a clear ambition: to take what’s good and
continuously make it better.
At our production and processing sites across
Europe, we transform sugar beet into high-quality sugar products. With
well-known brands such as Diamant and Kölner Zucker, our products are part of
everyday life in millions of households. At the same time, our sugars are
ingredients in countless products made by industrial customers in the food
industry, in chemical and pharmaceutical sectors, as well as the animal feed
industry across Europe.
Our portfolio ranges from crystal and icing
sugars to liquid sugars, fondants, caramel sugar syrups, speciality sugars,
organic products and customised sugar solutions tailored to our customers’
individual requirements. Our customers benefit from decades of expertise,
