    Product description

    Our liquid sugar variants are vital components for numerous applications in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and fermentation industries. They give products such as beverages, marmelades, bakery goods or even cough medicine the desired sweetness, or are used in construction chemistry. Depending on the requirements, we supply syrups with 65 to 81 percent dry substance and corresponding viscosities.

    Sucrose solutions
    Our sucrose solutions impress with their crystal clear, colourless purity, delivering unadulterated sweetness. Available in various dry-substance grades, they naturally meet the EU quality standard for liquid sugar. 


    Invert sugar solutions
    Invert sugar syrups are partially to almost wholly inverted sucrose solutions with a characteristic neutral sweetness. Their reduced water activity and increased osmotic pressure ensure improved microbiological stability.
