    PROfraction™ Beta is an agglomerated and instantized, lactose-free whey protein isolate derived from sweet dairy whey manufactured by a special cross-flow filtration process and isolated via a proprietary fractionation process. WPIs are rich in amino acids and aid in muscle synthesis with lower fat and carbs than WPCs.  With superior nutritive value, PROfraction Beta is designed for dry mix applications to enhance dispersibility and quick hydration into solution.
