At Bodec, we produce various categories of proteins — native, coagulated, and hydrolyzed — primarily on a contract basis for our customers. These proteins are derived from a wide range of plant-based raw materials and side streams from food production processes.

Depending on the selected process and intended application, the proteins can be kept in their native form, coagulated, or enzymatically hydrolyzed. This flexibility allows us to tailor functionality and composition to meet specific customer requirements.

The resulting proteins are used in applications such as protein replacements, sports nutrition, food supplements, and as functional binders in food formulations.
