Limagrain Ingredients has created the 100% natural Presco (PRESsure COoking) range to make finished products more digestible. The range results from a unique production process via pregelatinisation of the starch. Different textures can be achieved according to the level of heat-treatment. Some references of puffed grains are also available in organic version.
