Automated process house where in the every process line is equipped with rare
earth magnets & metal detectors,
X-RAY
inspection system (ISHIDA),
Fully
automated Moisture control mechanism,
Automated
weighing & sealing machine.
Rajguru has its own process house - Rajguru Agric - where
processed Onion & Garlic flakes produced at Rajguru Dehydrates are
converted into various forms (Powdered, Minced, Chopped & Granules of all sizes) & it has its own cold storage - Rajguru
Freezers where in all the processed Onion & Garlic is stocked for year
round supply. All the above units
are SS (Stainless steel plants) & Equipped with latest buehler mechanism. All the above
technology has reduced a lot of human intervention & all the plants
are set up under one roof.
