fibres are highlighted for vegan and vegetarian applications. SANACEL add dietary
fibre blends can have similar properties like hydrocolloids and therefore
replace expensive E numbers (Clean Labeling) in foods. Due to this, expensive
raw materials can sometimes be fully replaced or at least reduced.
