SCHRADER is a manufacturer and supplier of industrial plants and technical equipment for the Food and Pharmaceutical industry. Our core competence is the engineering and technical equipment to produce Flavors, Fragrances, and active Ingredients, by using different technologies and processes, in the field of extraction, distillation, sterilization and evaporation. The extraction systems developed by SCHRADER and the associated systems for the further processing of extracts have been sucessfully used by our customers in the food and cosmetics industry as well as in the pharmaceutical industry since 1969. SCHRADER can deliver the full industrial scope of what is required to process botanical raw materials until a thick extract or dry powder. Together with our Partner Bucher Merk Process GmbH we can provide vacuum and freeze drying technologies. As a supplier of pharmaceutical and food technology systems, SCHRADER offers support in all necessary tasks for a GMP qualification. Our goal is to achieve a high-quality end product with high production reliability to the satisfaction of our customers.

Cooperation between Bucher Merk Process GmbH and SCHRADER Verfahrenstechnik GmbH
We are pleased to announce the future cooperation with Bucher Merk
Process GmbH. For our customers, this means holistic plant concepts from
extraction to vacuum drying and thus a reduced number of interfaces and
easier project handling.
Together we draw on an extensive product portfolio of extraction and
evaporation systems, vacuum dryers and pilot scale plants, thereby all
system concepts developed are manufactured in accordance with the
current recommendations of GMP, FDP and HACCP.
