Company description

SOLUFRUIT, the ingredient division of Siroperie Meurens, is specialised in the transformation of ORGANIC and CONVENTIONAL dried fruits (dates, figs, prunes, raisins, apricot) in extracts, juice concentrates and/or purees (high/low brix). These products are clean and clear label solutions for the food industry as well as other industries (tobacco, flavours,...) . Our products are natural humectants, sweetening alternatives, colouring, flavouring agents and/or natural preservatives.

Our purees are free from foreign bodies, offer an homogenous texture and are easy to process on production lines. They range from 30 to 78 brix depending on the fruit type and are adjustable in brix or texture upon request and under the condition of minimum volume.

We are IFS, FSSC22000, Halal, Kosher, Organic and Naturland certified.
