Siroperie Meurens s.a. offers a wide variety of products which includes date juice concentrate in organic and/or conventional quality. It is a viscous, dark brown water extract of dried dates. It is concentrated to 75 or 79 brix. Ingredients: dates (72%), water (28%). The concentration factor in relation to single strength juice is 4.25 (brix/brix).

It is available in bag-in-boxes of 25 kg, drums 270 kg and IBCs of 1250-1400Kg
