Suitefood S.r.l. is an Italian food-tech company and the developer of Coccola®, the first coconut-based sweetening powder for industrial applications.
Coccola® is patented, certified organic, and produced in Europe. It is not a novel food. Coccola® functions as a sugar reduction and bitterness-masking ingredient, performing particularly well in supplements, sports nutrition, dairy, and confectionery.
Suitefood positions Coccola® as a B2B technology partner for sugar reduction — supporting food manufacturers, nutraceutical producers, and R&D teams in reformulating existing products or developing new ones, including through co-development projects.
