Contraplex II

The Contraplex CW II is a state-of-the-art pin mill designed for the energy-efficient fine and ultrafine grinding of a wide variety of materials. Featuring an innovative drive concept with two counter-rotating pin discs, gearless direct drives, and relative tip speeds of up to 240 m/s, it delivers outstanding deagglomeration performance, excellent product fineness, and consistently high product quality. Its aerodynamically optimized housing improves material flow, minimizes product build-up, and simplifies cleaning and maintenance, while the optimized bearing design increases service life and enhances energy efficiency by at least 10%.
