Zirkoplex ZPS

The Zirkoplex ZPS is a high-performance classifier mill designed for the energy-efficient fine grinding of soft to medium-hard materials up to a Mohs hardness of approximately 3.5. Combining an impact beater mill with an integrated Turboplex classifier, the ZPS delivers precise particle size control and steep particle size distributions in the fineness range from below 5 µm up to 200 µm. The system is particularly suitable for temperature-sensitive, sticky, or abrasive products and offers cool grinding, easy cleaning, and flexible process adjustment for industries such as food, chemicals, pigments, powder coatings, and minerals.
