The countdown is on: Last chance to book advance tickets for Vitafoods Europe 2025

Barcelona, 9 May 2025 – Pre-event registration is closing soon for Vitafoods Europe 2025 (20-22 May), the leading global platform for the nutraceutical, functional food and beverage, and dietary supplement industries. With just over a week to go before the event makes its Spanish debut at Fira Barcelona, Gran Via, this year’s edition is the biggest yet – promising more opportunities for networking, learning and industry collaboration. Visitors will have until 19 May to secure their pass at the current rate before prices rise on 20 May for on-site registrations in Barcelona.

Smart networking for a growing industry

Vitafoods Europe 2025 will see the introduction of brand-new features and expert content covering all sectors of the supply chain – including new and improved networking opportunities across all three days to enhance the Vitafoods Europe experience. Low ticket warnings have been issued for all add-on networking events, but visitors can ensure their places by registering in advance. Networking events with low ticket warnings include:

· Future of Nutrition Lunch and Learn (21 May) – A brand new concept for 2025, this premium ticketed event will share expert insights on scaling up niche products to achieve mainstream market success.

· Networking Brunch (22 May) – A new, premium brunch to discuss the challenges and opportunities in making personalised health solutions sustainable and affordable for the mass market.

· Women’s Networking Breakfast (21 May) – Sponsored by Kerry, this paid-for panel discussion is back by popular demand, featuring inspiring female voices from the industry, and providing a unique opportunity to build new connections with leaders from all backgrounds.

Alongside these opportunities, the 2025 event will see new free-to-attend networking events taking place over the show, including Coffee and Churros Networking Event (21 May), providing a simple, laid-back atmosphere for visitors to expand their network, as well as Sunrise Yoga (21 May), a refreshing way to kick off the morning and meet with like-minded individuals.

With an anticipated 21,500+ attendees, including 1,400 exhibitors, gathering across 75,000m2 of exhibition space, 2025 is set to be Vitafoods Europe’s largest show ever.
