Thanks to our laboratory we select the best crops and we cure it for our customers, mainly in the Extraction Industry or in the Food Service, Patisserie, Bakery fields.
We may also provide Sterlisation and Grinding (to get nice aromatica Powder).

During the preparation of our VANILLA BEANS in our factory in Madagascar, the pods may loose very aromatic SEEDS.
Those seeds are also callaed the VANILLA CAVIAR.
Very strong and aromatic, the seeds are used from the top chefs for the preparation of Desserts and fine Ice creams.
