Company description
We are worldwide acknowledged malting company that provides value adding malted products to brewers, distillers and food manufacturers for their success. We are located in Northern Europe, in grain growing areas that are large enough to help us manage crop-related risks.
We add functionality through malting and roasting. Our wide raw material base includes not only barley, but also wheat, rye, oats and pulses, and enables us to offer a variety of flavours and functionalities for numerous applications. With the germinated faba bean Sprau we are among the pioneers in malting pulses. We awaken the bean through germination, we awaken it to its full potential, making the nutrients available and the bean easier for digestion, and easy to enjoy in the everyday diet.
We reduce climate emissions and biodiversity impacts in our own operations and our supply chain to ensure business continuity. We engage and empower our suppliers to work towards common goals we share with our customers.
