With well-equipped and strong technical force, we own 10 stainless steel fermentation tanks with 50m3 and one professional institute. Our main product – gellan gum, with independent intellectual property, has been patented. As a multi-functional gelling, suspending and thickening agent, gellan gum has been broadly applied in the food, medicine (soft or hard capsule), cosmetic, chemical industry, etc.
