We are the biggest family-owned milling group in Germany. Two families of millers from Germany who set out to make milling more modern and sustainable. Today we operate 9 mills and one maltery. With app. 750 employees we ensure that over 2 million tons of grain are sustainable milled every year.

This is why we have also been engaged with regenerative energies for many decades and are currently the trendsetter of an entire industry with our “Flower patches” project and CO2-reduced flour.
